The NHS in Scotland have also produced An online resource containing case studies and information aimed at users in Scotland however much of the information is applicable across the UK. Link here

Once you have completed the module you may wish to try the assessment at http://www.surveys.cardiff.ac.uk/eat It takes about 15 minutes and you will receive a certificate via email 7-10 days later.
